  • Getting started is easy. Simply click the “Book Now” button to schedule your first online therapy session. You’ll receive an intake form through Jane, our secure platform. I’m here to answer your questions and guide you every step of the way.

  • Yes! As a registered psychotherapist with CRPO, I provide secure virtual therapy to adults anywhere in Ontario or across Canada. All sessions are held online, making it easy to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

  • First step is for you and your therapist Eudaimonia specializes in helping adults with trauma (including childhood trauma, CPTSD, and attachment wounds), sexual concerns (such as low desire, intimacy issues, or sexual self-esteem), and relationship difficulties (including codependency, boundary challenges, and family dynamics). If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, or identity concerns, I also offer focused support for these areas.

  • Online psychotherapy provides a confidential, supportive space to explore your concerns, build insight, and develop new coping skills. Each session is personalized to your needs—whether you want to heal from trauma, improve relationships, manage anxiety, or address sexual concerns. Most clients find online therapy to be flexible, comfortable, and just as effective as in-person care.

  • The number of sessions varies depending on your goals and needs. Some clients benefit from short-term, focused therapy (6–12 sessions), while others prefer ongoing support. We’ll discuss your progress regularly and adjust your plan as needed.

  • Your treatment plan is tailored to you. In our first sessions, we’ll explore your history, concerns, and goals. I’ll draw on my training in trauma therapy, sex therapy, and relational work to develop a plan that fits your unique situation, ensuring you feel understood and supported.

  • I use evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, attachment-based therapy, and mindfulness. My work is grounded in ongoing education with leading institutes such as PESI, NICABM, and ITTI, so you receive up-to-date, compassionate care.

  • All sessions are held through Jane, a secure and confidential video platform. Before each appointment, you’ll receive a link by email—just click to join from your computer, tablet, or smartphone. No downloads or special tech skills required.

  • Yes—research shows that virtual therapy is just as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship, and sexual concerns. Many clients appreciate the convenience, privacy, and flexibility of online care.

  • Payment is easy and secure. You can pay using a credit card or e-transfer through Jane, our online platform. You’ll receive a receipt for your records and for insurance reimbursement.

  • Most extended health insurance plans in Ontario and Canada cover psychotherapy provided by a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO). Please check with your insurance provider to confirm your coverage. I provide detailed receipts to help you with your claims.

  • At this time, I do not offer direct billing. However, you’ll receive a receipt after each session which you can easily submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

  • I require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed sessions will be charged a fee, as this time is reserved for you.

  • Your privacy is a top priority. All sessions are conducted through Jane, a secure, SOC 2 Type 2 certified platform. As a CRPO-registered therapist, I follow strict confidentiality and ethical guidelines to protect your information at every step.
